Report or block someone
Open the … menu on a conversation, a job, a company page or a candidate and choose Report… or Block. Reports are private — nobody is told who sent one — and our team reviews every report within 24 hours. Blocking someone stops them messaging you, and you won’t see each other on Switch’d. You can unblock anyone from Account settings.
Close your account
On the web: Account settings → Close your account. In the iPhone app: Settings → Close account. Closing erases your name, contact details, photo and résumé and withdraws your live applications; it can’t be undone. If you can’t sign in, email us from the address on the account and we’ll close it for you.
