Claim Rep, Auto Damage

Travelers is hiring a Claim Rep, Auto Damage in Rancho Cordova, CA (hybrid). You will support customers and third-party claimants through vehicle damage claims, from first notice of loss through settlement: handling low-to-moderate complexity multi-vehicle claims with unclear liability and no injuries, including total loss evaluations and repair oversight. Evaluate policy terms and coverage, negotiate settlements within your authority, coordinate with appraisers and repair facilities, investigate and document claims, and communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders. Must have a high school diploma or GED and one year of auto claim handling experience (or completion of Travelers' Auto Claim Representative training program). Ideal: bachelor's degree, two years of auto claim experience, active adjuster license where applicable. Insurance license(s) required within three months of starting. Salary range $56,600 - $93,400 per year (nationwide market range); performance-based cash incentive eligible.
