Senior Commercial Broker

NFP, an Aon company, seeks a Senior Commercial Broker in Santa Ana, CA. The senior broker handles new and renewal placements from market selection through policy delivery, focusing on large and complex accounts while mentoring staff and deepening carrier relationships. Duties include coordinating renewals to NFP service standards, driving optimal placement outcomes, collaborating with account management on submissions and quote analysis, presenting proposals, reviewing binders and policies, and maintaining Epic data. Requires bachelor's or equivalent, 7+ years insurance experience, and a P&C license (or within 90 days); CPCU/CIC/ARM preferred. Full-time, hybrid. Published base pay $110,000–$125,000/year.
